Santa Tecla

Santa Tecla beach

Santa Tecla, a seaside hamlet of Acireale, is located 22 km from Catania, along the eastern coast of Sicily. It is characterized by a wonderful coast of rocks and bays among which you can dive into a beautiful clear blue sea. The small black pebble beach, equipped with a beach club, could be an alternative to the rocks that predominate along the coast of Santa Tecla. This very quiet place is located along the Riviera dei Ciclopi, which also includes Aci Castello and Aci Trezza. The rocky coast of lava of Santa Tecla still remembers the proximity of the volcano Etna and offers a breathtaking landscape, especially near the 16th century watchtower, built on a rock at Scalo Pennisi.
