The villa is located in Contrada Scafa, in Capo d’Orlando, in the province of Messina, in the northern part of Sicily.
It rises in a panoramic position, in a quiet residential area 3 km from the beach and 4 km from the town.
Capo d’Orlando is a small village on a rocky promontory between Capo Calavà and Cefalù. It is bathed by the Tyrrhenian Sea and is located right in front of the Aeolian Islands.
It offers a historic center full of monuments, boutiques, shops and play areas; it is an ideal tourist destination for families and loved for its wide beaches and turquoise waters.
It has a wide and extensive promenade full of clubs, restaurants and bathing beaches and a new and well-equipped port from which various excursions to the Aeolian Islands depart daily.
Just 32 km away is the town of Tindari, renowned for its singularly shaped beach, the sanctuary and the Greek theater and just 23 km away you can visit the beautiful beach of Gioiosa Marea.
